Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistent taste and appearance.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation in full compliance with HACCP safety regulations and health department standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, cost control, and the development of daily specials to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders for fresh ingredients to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Train, guide, and motivate commis chefs and kitchen assistants to enhance their culinary skills and performance.
- Ensure excellent communication with the front-of-house team to meet customer expectations and handle special dietary requests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.
- Formal culinary training or a diploma in professional cooking is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of international and Asian cuisine, with the ability to prepare a wide variety of dishes.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety protocols, and HACCP certification.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
