Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Western cuisine dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food items are prepared with consistent quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage inventory of ingredients, spices, and supplies for your assigned station
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace and equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during service hours
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
- Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing recipes
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in Western cuisine
- Culinary school certification or equivalent professional training
- Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
