Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on English language development for children at L1/L2 proficiency levels
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages children's curiosity and growth
- Monitor and document children's progress, maintaining regular communication with parents
- Organize and conduct engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum implementation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and childcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Strong command of English language with excellent communication skills
- Experience working with children at L1/L2 proficiency levels preferred
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Patient, creative, and passionate about working with young children
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team
