Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly at the box office and concession stand with a smile.
- Process ticket sales and handle concessions orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of auditoriums, restrooms, lobbies, and dining areas.
- Assist with lobby management and crowd control during peak movie showtimes.
- Ensure all food and beverage service complies with hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate cinema management systems and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA graduates are preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak and understand English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Enthusiastic about movies and providing excellent guest service.
