Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all financial operations including budgeting, revenue tracking, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ensure operational standards compliance across screening schedules, facility maintenance, and customer service
- Implement and monitor regulatory compliance for safety, health, and industry regulations
- Authorize corporate process sign-offs for vendor contracts, equipment purchases, and operational changes
- Lead and develop cinema staff through scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and film event execution
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service excellence standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cinema or retail management with financial oversight
- Proven expertise in budget management, P&L analysis, and cost control systems
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and entertainment industry compliance
- Exceptional leadership skills with staff training and team development experience
- Proficiency in cinema management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with customer service orientation
