Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end client relationships for solar energy solutions, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with sales teams to align on client needs, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries, technical clarifications, and post-installation support
- Implement CRM strategies to track interactions, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable solar project specifications
- Conduct regular client feedback sessions to improve service delivery and identify new market opportunities
- Support sales forecasting and reporting through data analysis and performance metrics tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in client engagement, sales support, or renewable energy sector experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, sustainability practices, and renewable energy trends
- Problem-solving aptitude with ability to address client concerns proactively and effectively
