Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Manage client accounts by conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell relevant services to existing accounts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction and account health.
- Assist in organizing client events and meetings to strengthen business ties.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus but not mandatory.
