As a Commercial Partnerships & Strategic Growth Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective growth strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders to drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead negotiations with potential partners and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while identifying new growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or sales
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the education or skills development industry is a plus
