- Establish and manage a new chemical pathology laboratory facility
- Lead and mentor a team of clinical biochemistry professionals
- Develop and implement laboratory protocols and quality assurance procedures

Kualifikasi
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Postgraduate qualifications in Chemical Pathology or Clinical Biochemistry
- Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in chemical pathology
- Experience in laboratory management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of laboratory technologies and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
