We are looking for a passionate and organized Content & Event Marketing Specialist to help us connect with families and enhance our brand presence in Kepulauan Riau. You will play a key role in our marketing strategy by producing high-quality digital content and overseeing the logistical details of our community events. Working closely with our educational directors and sales teams, you will ensure our messaging is engaging, consistent, and effective. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for social media, the school website, and email newsletters.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage school-wide events, open days, and promotional campaigns from concept to wrap-up.
- Create engaging visual assets, including graphics, short videos, and copywriting materials.
- Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and catering services to ensure high-quality event execution.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve audience engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content marketing, event management, or social media coordination.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage strict deadlines.
