- Manage and execute live streaming sessions on various platforms, ensuring high production quality.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, and fostering a sense of community.
- Showcase products and services effectively to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and themes for broadcasts.
- Monitor live stream analytics to optimize performance and viewer retention metrics.
- Maintain a professional yet energetic persona on camera at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hosting, acting, or public speaking, specifically within livestream environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools (e.g., OBS, Zoom, Facebook Live).
- High energy, charisma, and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional audio/video equipment.
