- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for agro commodities to drive market penetration.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture-related fields.
- Proven track record of 2-4 years in sales and marketing, preferably within the agro-commodity industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
