Fifgroup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit Head Kiosk (KH) to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. As a key leader within our retail network, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our kiosk operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Kiosk unit, ensuring all activities align with company goals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales revenue.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee stock ordering, and ensure accurate stock counts to minimize loss and maximize availability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the kiosk staff to enhance their skills, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales performance and financial targets, preparing regular reports to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, unit head roles, or a similar leadership position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales targets.
- Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality.
