  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and communication team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee all brand communication activities, including public relations, advertising, and corporate messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize ROI on all campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully increasing brand visibility and sales revenue in a retail or FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
