In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in maintaining the fiscal health of the park by monitoring departmental income, expenses, and assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily financial transactions across all departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage fixed asset registers and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure proper asset management.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable to maintain financial integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a financial control, accounting, or auditing role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Valid Indonesian Tax ID (NPWP) is required.
