- Operate and maintain hot kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and stovetops

- Monitor food quality and presentation standards for hot kitchen items
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless service
- Follow strict food safety protocols for hot food handling and storage
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of hot kitchen supplies
- Continuously refine cooking techniques and stay updated on culinary trends
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a professional hot kitchen or grill station
