Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HRDF and Digital Marketing segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitor activities and emerging industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and detailed proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal training and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate training industry and HRDF compliance (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
