Join Gain City Group as a Corporate Sales Manager (LED) and spearhead the growth of our innovative LED product portfolio. This strategic leadership role requires you to develop and execute sales strategies that drive market expansion, enhance supplier partnerships, and build a robust sales ecosystem across Singapore. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to identify new revenue streams, optimize supply chain efficiency, and position Gain City as a leader in the LED industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical product knowledge with commercial acumen to transform market opportunities into sustainable growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for LED product portfolio to achieve revenue targets
- Manage key supplier relationships to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and innovation
- Build and maintain a comprehensive sales ecosystem including distributors, partners, and key accounts
- Lead market expansion initiatives through innovative business development and penetration strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market demands
- Mentor and develop sales team capabilities through training and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in electronics/LED industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Expertise in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business expansion
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
