Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to Wendy's quality standards
- Process customer orders accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale equipment
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 25kg)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Team-oriented mindset with cooperative attitude
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Previous food service experience preferred
