Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service across all outlet sections
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain product knowledge and inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members in rotating operational sections
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic numerical skills for transaction handling
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
