Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to demonstrate value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or customer partnering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and continuous learning.
