Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the IWG centre in Bali, ensuring a seamless member experience.
- Drive sales performance through proactive lead generation, networking, and client acquisition strategies.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Oversee the customer service desk, resolving queries efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with local partners and vendors to support centre growth.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align local initiatives with global IWG standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service and sales management within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is preferred.
