Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist customers in resolving their issues or concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Information Delivery: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify and communicate relevant product or service upgrades to customers to enhance their satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to improve service quality and achieve team targets.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team to help improve service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor's degree holder or Fresh Graduate in any course.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
