Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients.
- Follow strict hygiene and food safety regulations to ensure the well-being of guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Ensure all leftovers and waste are managed correctly and disposed of properly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and general food preparation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from the Head Chef.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
