- Mendukung implementasi proyek IT dengan teliti dan efisien
- Membantu instalasi dan konfigurasi perangkat keras/lunak
- Melakukan pemeliharaan sistem dan troubleshooting masalah teknis
- Dokumentasi proses dan hasil pekerjaan proyek
- Koordinasi dengan tim untuk memastikan keberlanjutan proyek
- Pengujian kualitas sistem dan validasi fungsi
- Pelatihan pengguna akhir untuk sistem baru
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/D3/S1 Teknik Informatika
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang IT
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan kerjasama tim
- Memahami dasar jaringan komputer dan sistem operasi
- Teliti, energik, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Menguasai Microsoft Office dan tools dokumentasi
- Sertifikasi IT akan menjadi nilai tambah
