Putra Perkasa Abadi, a leading player in Indonesia's Technology and Communication sector, is seeking a dynamic Recruitment & Development Specialist to join our Jakarta Raya team. In this pivotal role, you'll shape our talent strategy by building robust recruitment pipelines while designing and implementing employee development programs that drive organizational growth. Leveraging your S1 Psychology background, you'll conduct insightful candidate assessments and create tailored training initiatives that enhance team capabilities. You'll partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, optimize recruitment processes, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Tanggung Jawab

  • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Design and execute employee development programs aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct job analysis and develop compelling job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles
  • Implement psychological assessment tools to evaluate candidate-organization fit
  • Manage employer branding initiatives across digital and traditional platforms
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and development program ROI for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment and/or development experience
  • Expertise in candidate assessment techniques and competency-based interviewing
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and recruitment software (ATS)
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
  • Experience in technology sector recruitment is highly desirable
