We are seeking a skilled and strategic IT Supervisor to join our team and drive the management and development of our information technology infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to oversee the end-to-end IT operations, ensuring that systems run smoothly to support the company's daily business activities and long-term strategic goals.
As the IT Supervisor, you will be the technical lead responsible for maintaining and enhancing our core systems, specifically SAP Business One (SAP B1), Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools, and network security. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital workflows, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing new technologies that improve operational efficiency. Your leadership will ensure that our IT environment is scalable, secure, and aligned with the company's business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the management and development of IT operations, including SAP Business One (SAP B1) administration and upgrades.
- Design, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN setup, security protocols, and server maintenance.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with overall business goals and operational needs.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and coordinate external IT projects and service delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical guidance to internal teams.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and business continuity planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Supervisor, IT Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1) configuration and administration.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Crystal Reports.
- Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
