Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across all departments
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data and systems
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT system upgrades and improvements
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
