Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and engage children in daily educational activities, play, and rest periods
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating childcare environment
- Monitor children's health, behavior, and developmental progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and daily activities
- Prepare nutritious snacks and ensure proper hygiene practices
- Document attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with municipal health and education staff on child welfare initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education units preferred
- 1+ years experience in childcare or preschool setting
- Certification in First Aid and Child Care Development
- Knowledge of Philippine Early Learning Framework (PELF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop age-appropriate educational activities
- Patience, creativity, and genuine affection for young children
- Pass background check and health clearance requirements
