Kualifikasi
- PhD or equivalent advanced degree in biotechnology, life sciences, or related field
- Minimum 12 years experience in R&D management, with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in technology commercialization and IP management
- Deep expertise in bioeconomy value chains and sustainable bioproduction systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with industry/government partners
- Experience managing multi-million dollar research budgets and resources
