- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for Riot Games' esports operations in APAC
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with key stakeholders, including game publishers, tournament organizers, and media partners
- Lead negotiations and secure high-value sponsorship deals and commercial agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, teams, and organizations
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in the esports or gaming industry
- Proven track record of securing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the esports landscape, including competitive gaming, streaming platforms, and sponsorships
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and data-driven decision making
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
