In this key role, you will be responsible for driving room sales, expanding our banquet and catering business, and significantly strengthening our market presence to support long-term commercial growth.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies. You will oversee the sales department, ensuring that our revenue targets are met while enhancing the overall brand reputation of Geno Hotel. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
  • Drive business growth through proactive acquisition of corporate clients, government contracts, and travel agents.
  • Expand the banquet, catering, and event sales division to increase food and beverage revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the region.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance the hotel’s digital presence and promotional campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or director-level position.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales management software, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings when necessary.
