Hung Cyun Marketing Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Distributor Specialist to join our expanding team in the CALABARZON region. This critical role involves promoting and selling our diverse product portfolio to distributors and key accounts, driving market penetration and revenue growth. You will act as the primary liaison between our company and distribution partners, ensuring product availability, implementing sales strategies, and fostering long-term business relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors across the CALABARZON region
- Drive product sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct regular market visits to assess distributor performance and identify new opportunities
- Provide distributors with comprehensive product training and marketing support materials
- Monitor sales data and analyze market trends to optimize distribution strategies
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management with distributor partners
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for regional management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in distributor management or B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the CALABARZON market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retailer networks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
