Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the smooth running of daily venue operations and ensure high standards of service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and support teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Act as the key contact for VIP guests, resolving any issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Coordinate with event organizers and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of conferences and meetings.
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
- Manage staff scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
- Assist in financial reporting, budget management, and inventory control for the venue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, event management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Relevant hospitality management certification or diploma is an advantage.
- Valid Singaporean Citizenship or relevant work pass.
