Tanggung Jawab
- Assist coordinators and supervisors in managing merchandise and products in retail stores across the Jabodetabek area
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting features and benefits of electronic products
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable electronic solutions
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to supervisors
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings and customer experience
- Collaborate with store staff to create a positive shopping environment and achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for electronics
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandise management
