- Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment
- Supervise maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of repair schedules
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance equipment efficiency
- Coordinate with production departments to minimize operational downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Manage maintenance inventory and spare parts procurement
- Analyze equipment performance data to optimize maintenance strategies
- Lead continuous improvement projects for engineering systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance engineering experience
- 3+ years in supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies
- Experience with food manufacturing equipment is preferred
- Certification in maintenance management (CMRP or equivalent)
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
