In this critical role, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and execution of manufacturing processes within our state-of-the-art fabrication facilities. As a Manufacturing Engineer (2nd or 3rd Shift), you will ensure the integrity and efficiency of production lines during critical shift hours. You will collaborate closely with process engineers and production teams to troubleshoot complex equipment issues, optimize yield, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control daily manufacturing operations to ensure product quality and yield targets are met.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis on semiconductor fabrication equipment.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and validation activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and ISO quality standards.
- Analyze production data and statistical process control (SPC) charts to identify trends and mitigate risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-technology manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (2nd or 3rd shift availability is essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with semiconductor process tools (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition) is highly desirable.
