Recruit Now is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Semiconductor Technician to join our dynamic team in Woodlands. In this pivotal role, you will support the production process by performing essential maintenance, testing, and quality assurance tasks within a cleanroom environment. We are looking for a proactive individual who is committed to operational excellence and safety compliance.
As a key member of our engineering support staff, you will ensure that semiconductor equipment operates at peak performance. Your contributions will directly impact product yield and efficiency. We offer a competitive remuneration package including a base salary of SGD $1,800 - $2,800, performance bonuses (PB), and overtime (OT). This is a full-time position offering a stable 5-day work week.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of semiconductor testing equipment.
- Assist in the inspection and handling of semiconductor wafers and components.
- Document production data accurately and maintain detailed logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality deviations to the engineering team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with cleanroom standards.
- Operate various testing machinery and read technical schematics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Relevant ITE certification is preferred.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processes, testing, and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
