Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery including packaging, processing, and conveyor systems
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs to maximize equipment uptime
- Read technical schematics and blueprints to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Order, manage, and inventory spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols during all repair activities
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Associate's Degree in Mechanical Technology or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 2 years' experience in plant maintenance or industrial machinery repair
- Certification in HVAC, hydraulics, or industrial automation systems preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical testing equipment
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance methodologies
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
