Tanggung Jawab
- Support scaling of production operations and maintain ongoing process engineering activities
- Analyze process performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D team to implement new process technologies
- Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs and control plans
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate equipment validation and process qualification activities
- Train production staff on new processes and engineering best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical data and metrics
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and manufacturing quality systems
- Knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
