We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Childcare Teacher to join a well-known preschool in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is committed to nurturing young minds and creating a positive, engaging learning environment for preschoolers. The role offers a competitive basic salary ranging from $3,500 to $4,000 per month, working a standard 5-day work week (44 hours).
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality English language activities that stimulate curiosity and foster early childhood development. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe to explore and learn. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement engaging English language activities and curriculum tailored to preschool age groups.
- Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing individualized support where needed.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding their child's daily activities and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to develop curriculum and share best practices.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
- Document student observations and maintain accurate records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECDE) or a relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build rapport with parents.
- Relevant working experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.
