- Oversee centre operations including academic programs, staff management, and student enrollment targets
- Lead and develop a team of educators through training, mentorship, and performance evaluation
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive community engagement and student growth
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance reporting

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education management with leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record in team development, staff retention, and performance optimization
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
