- Coordinate end-to-end banquet operations including setup, execution, and breakdown of events
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and customize event experiences
- Manage event logistics including staffing, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Ensure adherence to Marriott's quality standards, safety protocols, and sustainability practices
- Train and supervise event staff to deliver exceptional service during all functions
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain detailed event documentation and conduct post-event reviews
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet operations or event coordination
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client/staff interactions
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of food service protocols and venue management best practices
- High school diploma; hospitality degree or certification preferred
