We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Executive Housekeeper to join our esteemed team in Badung, Bali. In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our premium property, ensuring a pristine environment that exceeds guest expectations. The core of this role involves leading a dedicated team of seven staff members (comprising one supervisor and six cleaners), requiring strong managerial skills and a keen eye for detail.
As the Quality Control Manager for the facility, you will establish and enforce strict cleaning standards, conduct regular inspections, and manage inventory efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure 100% compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 7 staff members (1 Supervisor + 6 Cleaners).
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and rectify any deficiencies immediately.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Manage and control housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory housekeeping role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Good command of English (both verbal and written) is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment usage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
