Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with eyewear selection and frame styling based on face shape, lifestyle needs, and budget
- Perform accurate optical measurements and pre-adjustments for prescription eyewear
- Process sales transactions and maintain organized point-of-sale records
- Manage inventory stock, including receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to maintain an attractive store layout
- Stay updated on latest eyewear trends, lens technologies, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with optometrists and sales associates to ensure seamless customer journey
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or optical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of optical products and lens technologies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management tools
- Attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate sales records
