Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of school facilities including HVAC, electrical systems, and safety equipment
- Implement and monitor Integrated Facility Management (IFM) protocols for operational excellence
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for facility services
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate facility improvement projects within allocated budgets
- Prepare comprehensive reports on facility performance and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities operations, preferably in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of IFM principles and building management systems
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) or related field preferred
- Proven experience managing vendor contracts and service agreements
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
