- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business clients through direct outreach and networking.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and competitor activities.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide constructive feedback to the management team.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate high-quality leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales or direct sales roles is highly preferred.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
