Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to acquire new clients in the San Rafael, Bulacan area
- Conduct in-person client meetings to understand needs and present product/service solutions
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Track sales activities using CRM systems and maintain accurate client records
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales or direct customer experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with client-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and mobile sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
