In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors and developers, and ensuring our premium concrete products meet the diverse needs of the construction industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Visit construction sites and meet with potential clients to promote concrete hollow blocks.
- Identify and generate new sales leads in the local market.
- Maintain and update accurate customer and sales records.
- Provide product specifications, samples, and pricing information to customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales or real estate sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials or industry terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
