Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients in the field
- Present and demonstrate BukuPay PH solutions to merchants, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their specific needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and consistent follow-up
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and identify emerging trends in the fintech industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis to the sales management team
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and client information in the CRM system
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and own transportation (essential for field sales role)
- Knowledge of the local market in Quezon City and surrounding areas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
